Responsibility

  • lettings Negotiator
  • the Property Shop are looking for a Negotiator to join our busy Estate and Letting Agents
  • it is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
  • negotiate lettings contracts
  • you may already work within the property sector, such experience and knowledge is desired but not essential
  • develop relationships with clients and landlords
  • conduct viewings of properties
  • key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • experience in a letting’s negotiator role
  • well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • happy to take personal ownership for the quality and timeliness of work
  • be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • proactive and helpful approach
  • flexible and adaptable nature
  • IT Literate with experience of using MS packages
