- assist customers in selecting bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories based on their preferences, and style
- promote additional services or products including bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, accessories and alterations
- ensure proper measurements are taken in advance of ordering dresses, process transactions and make orders
- maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, bridal gown styles, designers, bridal industry news and competition
- build relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business
- welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person, ensuring their needs are met throughout the appointment
- attend and participate in bridal shows and events as necessary
- collaborating with the alterations team to ensure proper fit of dresses, and explain any changes that could be made to a dress
