receptionist
Responsibility
- liaise with members of the Academy as required
- attend meetings as and when required
- assist with the provision of First Aid for students and staff
- undertake relevant training as required to support the functions of the post and to enhance personal development
- undertake any other duty as specified by the Principal
- management of Visitors entrance to car park via Intercom system
- ensure all outgoing post is franked correctly and ensure the post, including special postings, is taken to the post office daily
- receive and distribute all incoming post
