centre manager
Working hours
- part-time | Temporary
Responsibility
- to assist in the smooth running of the organisation with particular emphasis on promoting the Centre through good customer service
- assisting in to the supervision of the volunteers and supporting the manager with the planning of rotas and staff training
- to attend evening Board meetings to take minutes
- to assist with updating and maintaining the social media as instructed by the manager
- this will include website e.g. bookings for rooms, Facebook etc
- opening, unlocking and locking the building when necessary, including checking the security of all windows and doors
- to promote the marketing of the Centre facilities and organising events under instruction from the manager
- to be available to give basic cover for Centre Manager during annual leave and sickness
