- conceptualizing and implementing creative marketing campaigns to communicate the charitable mission and vision
- leading and managing the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and content creators
- developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and impactful representation across all touchpoints
- creating visually compelling content for various platforms, including digital ads, social media posts, website assets, and print materials
- overseeing the production of multimedia content, including videos and animations, to elevate the storytelling efforts
Requirements
- proven experience in creative marketing
- demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences
- strong leadership skills and experience managing creative teams, with the ability to inspire & mentor
- exceptional visual and written communication skills, with a keen eye for design and a passion for storytelling
- proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
- knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, and the ability to integrate creative concepts into digital campaigns
