Requirements
- proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy restaurant environment
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- in-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavours, and presentation
- understanding of kitchen management procedures, including inventory control and cost management
- excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, suppliers, and customers
- qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts are desirable but not essential
