customer service representative

Working hours

  • full-time | Contract

Responsibility

  • offer excellent customer service on the phone
  • collect sales reports from our partners and internal channels
  • onboarding of new customers to our internal system and distribution of welcome packs
  • management of Direct Debit submissions ensuring accuracy and matching with sales information
  • correction and collation of any missing/ wrong data for customers
  • pro-active communication with our customers to ensure retention
  • closing down of lapsed customer accounts
  • pro-actively seek to improve company process

Requirements

  • we have a young and devoted team who work exceptionally hard, we would like to see applicants of the same mould
  • excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • prior experience of working within a fast pace reactionary environment is beneficial but by no means essential
  • ambitious - as a growing company we have a wealth of opportunities for progression across a number of departments. If career development is what you are after, this is the right place for you
