Responsibility
offer excellent customer service on the phone
collect sales reports from our partners and internal channels
onboarding of new customers to our internal system and distribution of welcome packs
management of Direct Debit submissions ensuring accuracy and matching with sales information
correction and collation of any missing/ wrong data for customers
pro-active communication with our customers to ensure retention
closing down of lapsed customer accounts
pro-actively seek to improve company process
Requirements
we have a young and devoted team who work exceptionally hard, we would like to see applicants of the same mould
excellent communication skills and telephone manner
prior experience of working within a fast pace reactionary environment is beneficial but by no means essential
