Responsibility
- raising purchase orders and recording goods received for centrally ordered goods and services
- recording creditor invoices, credit card payments and staff expenses onto the Trust’s financial system
- recording various expenses to be paid via the Trust’s payroll system to staff on a monthly basis
- the Kite Academy Trust are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Central team 25 hours per week, from September 2023
- ensuring all good received have been recorded on the Trust’s financial system
- liaising with creditors to ensure payments are made promptly
- reconciling creditors control account to aged creditor reports on a monthly basis
- to record fixed asset acquisitions on the Trust’s Fixed asset register on a monthly basis
