the Kite Academy Trust are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Central team 25 hours per week, from September 2023
ensuring all good received have been recorded on the Trust’s financial system
liaising with creditors to ensure payments are made promptly
reconciling creditors control account to aged creditor reports on a monthly basis
to record fixed asset acquisitions on the Trust’s Fixed asset register on a monthly basis
producing various End of year creditor reconciliations and creditor schedules for auditors
where required assisting with the production of revised forecasts and the annual budget setting process
preparing financial information for the Finance Manager, Director of Finance, Executive & Academy Heads
supporting and training administration staff at various academies to ensure that they are following the Trust’s procedures with regard to the ordering of goods and services
