THE BISHOP FRASER TRUST is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • meet regularly with the HR Director
  • any other duties as reasonably required by the Executive Team
  • travel to other schools as required
  • maintain case management files
  • undertake any other reasonable work requested
  • work with the Head of HR and leaders across the organisation to actively support and generate succession opportunities and talent development
  • work within the Trust and individual school’s Health & Safety Policies to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and pupils
  • follow any reasonable request from the Headteacher or SLT to undertake work of a similar level that is not specified in this job description
