- the Retail Sales Advisor MUST be flexible as they will be required to work most weekends, plus additional days in the week if cover is required for sickness and holidays
- E-Cigarette knowledge is not essential, however due to the fast paced nature of this role it could help to guide the customer through their vaping journey from new starters to advanced users
- retail sales: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
- we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the drive to bring a positive attitude to work every day so that customers are treated to a friendly experience whilst in the shop
- knowledge of Epos till systems is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. However, the applicant MUST be a minimum of 18 years old
