  • operations manager

Responsibility

  • oversee and manage the full remit of PPD, Warehousing and Manufacturing in the UK operation
  • work closely with the Director of Operations on short to medium term Business Planning and Budgeting
  • line management of Warehouse operators and Team Leader
  • manage Learning & Development actions for the team
  • take responsibility for process to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
  • produce management information to demonstrate performance against KPIs, encompassing both operational and financial performance targets
  • monitor daily performance and to ensure that daily and weekly performance targets are met
  • manage resource planning and allocation to ensure production targets are met in a planned and efficient manner
