Requirements
- minimum 3-5 years of working in Accounting environment
- the role involves producing key reporting in relation to the credit management function
- proven record managing a team and external client’s debts
- experience in Property industry
- there are 7 members within the Accounts Receivable team, including the Accounts Receivable Manager
- experience in working with high volume of accounts
- this role has two direct reports, both Accounts Receivable Supervisors, with the rest of the team reporting to the Supervisors
- experience with change management for system and process efficiencies
Responsibility
- ensure all customer VAT invoice reports are produced and issued to customers
- manage & develop the team members and evaluate individual and team performance
- develop and disseminate appropriate debt information, ensuring outstanding customers queries are thoroughly investigated and escalated accordingly
- ensure smooth function of refund function, ensure all dilapidations costs are recovered before refunds are made
- mailboxes are managed and maintained
- with the Senior Credit Manager, manage relationship with debt recovery partners , attend review meetings and ensure Purchase Orders and Invoices for their services are processed
