Responsibility

  • salaries are currently in line with National Living Wage set by the Government
  • the vacancy is for a full time Receptionist / Animal Care Assistant. The position will be on a rolling rota of 4 days a week, ten hours per day including 1 weekend in 3 Saturday shifts
  • maintaining effective debt control
  • ensuring all messages are recorded legibly and in full and are passed on to the relevant person
  • attending reception team meetings as and when requested
  • dealing with and organising incoming and outgoing post
  • maintaining stock levels on a daily basis
  • sending out correct booster/wormer and flea reminders
