Responsibility
- we are looking for full time receptionist to work at The Angel & Royal Hotel in Grantham
- previous and relevant experience essential
- some previous knowledge of PMS systems would be advantageous but not essential
- you will need to be very organised, computer literate and focused on the jobs required during your shifts
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- check guests in and out of the hotel
- provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Requirements
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
