- create and maintain digital patient files
- collect and process payments from patients
- log and order practice supplies, regularly liaising with dental supply companies
- communicate with dental labs to schedule patient treatments and avoid delays
- assist with practice compliance checks and requirements
Requirements
- proven work experience as a dental receptionist/nurse with GDC registration
- knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- confident with computer systems
- strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- professional, helpful and calm demeanour
- wednesday 8.45am-8pm
- friday 8.45am-8pm
