Requirements

  • demonstrable administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • excellent written, verbal and listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • strong problem-solver and evidence of taking initiative
  • ability to balance competing priorities whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • ability to perform operational tasks independently, as agreed with line manager
  • create a positive image of the organisation by being responsive and prompt in responding to requests and referring the user to the right person if necessary

Responsibility

  • support the development of internal and external project and programme progress reports
  • perform financial administration, including raising purchase orders, invoice tracking, and working with the Finance team as required
  • provide support to the TDI Research Project Manager and broader F&E team, by coordinating project and programme meetings, events and engagement activity including, communication to attendees, taking minutes and booking rooms / catering, as required
  • ensure that TDI risk, issues and lessons logs, as well as database records are maintained to a high standard, kept up to date and managed effectively
  • support the administrative set-up, delivery and closure of research projects within TDI and across F&E including providing administrative support for recruitment and onboarding activity
  • support the TDI Research Project Manager in management and planning of engagement for the Trustworthy Digital Identity Interest Group and coordinating membership
  • act as a point of contact for enquiries relating to TDI project, as well as the wider F&E programme. This involves managing relevant email accounts and flagging emails to other colleagues, as appropriate
