- prepare monthly financial statements including bank statement
- supplying to independent retailers and high street brands all over the UK and across the world in over 26 countries
- assist in preparation of monthly financial reports by contacting customers or vendors
- perform other related duties as assigned
- process invoices, enter payment information into the purchase ledger to keep track of funds paid
- multi-Currency Bank Reconciliations and payment runs
- reconcile general ledger accounts by reviewing data, applying controls, and verifying transactions by using data analysis tools; review balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate posting of balances
