Responsibility

Requirements
- maintenance
- manage other supplier contracts and relationships e.g. intruder alarm, lift maintenance, etc
- ensure all equipment is maintained and tested regularly e.g. ventilation, heating, AV, water testing, etc
- identify required repairs to the fabric of the building or equipment and ensure that they are carried out promptly
- manage the Facilities Support Team to ensure the building is well-maintained on a daily basis, and that rooms are set up for meetings, activities and services
- manage the relationship with the building maintenance contractors, ensuring they meet all of their contractual obligations and that work is of a high standard
- ensure that all regular statutory and health and safety checks are carried out and recorded
