we have a new vacancy that has become available with immediate effect in our friendly small but busy office. We are an Insurance Brokers based in Gillingham we are a family run company being in business for over 30 years
we cover most types of insurance and this position would be for someone who is enthusiastic and willing to learn, the position will be a receptionist/administration assistant which will consist of answering phones, or dealing with customers face to face, helping with their enquiries or taking messages and re directing the calls to the appropriate members of the team, maintaining the filing system by filing daily and then controlling the daily diary by finding files and then contacting the customers for the required information, there will be daily post that will need to be got out with the relevant file and any other adhoc office duties that may occur, each day can be different
eventually full training will also be given in learning how to take sales new business quotations down and passing them over to the sales team to process
