- some knowledge of social media, and keen to dive into business strategy. Any experience with e-commerce is a bonus
- natural drive, independent thinking and being proactive is key. A passion for independent retail is a must
- good communication skills; with customers, other staff or online - in emails, copy writing and business communications
- the store houses the work of around 50 independent designers across clothing, accessories and jewelley, as well as handpicked vintage, and homewares
- the store managers role will be overseeing the day to day tasks of the store, stock control, social media, business strategy, managing staff, and basic bookkeeping
- the role is paid fairly and well above living wage. Rates are further reviewed regularly
