- we are That's Nice That, a bespoke gift company specialising in the designing and making of unique gifts
- our design studio and workshop are based Oakham, Rutland
- we are a small friendly team
- A Studio Manager is required to manage the planning, coordination, and control of the manufacturing processes of our busy workshop
- the successful candidate must ensure our orders are produced efficiently and at the right cost and level of quality
- you will be the point of contact for the workshop team
- the Studio Manager will supervise and motivate the production team and review staff performance
- the ideal candidate will have a track record of Studio Management in a similar environment
Requirements
- strong production management and production planning experience
- A confident personality who can take charge- Experience managing supervising and motivating production teams under strict deadlines
- this role may suit an established production/workshop manager or a senior studio assistant with team management experience
- good knowledge of computers and CAD is essential- UK driving licence - Very good organisational skills are imperative.- Long term commitment, and desire to grow with the company
