Responsibility
- assisting the Sales Director with administration and correspondence
- provide clear directions for customized product development to ensure that customer specifications are met
- providing sales support at future exhibitions and follow-up on new customer leads
- ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service. The candidate would take full responsibility for customer orders, preparation of invoices, and other relevant communication regarding orders
- providing assistance on customers’ projects and answering their questions, which will require liaising with suppliers. The candidate will need to be organised to keep track of multiple projects and questions
- follow-up may include meetings with customers to discuss their product requirements and the candidate would need to be able to lead such a meeting
Requirements
- ability to clearly describe product specifications in text and in drawings
- reliable, organised, detail-oriented, trustworthy, self-motivated, eager to learn, patient, receptive to coaching & feedback, and a team player
- marketing/social media experience would be helpful, but is not required
