Responsibility
assisting the Sales Director with administration and correspondence
provide clear directions for customized product development to ensure that customer specifications are met
providing sales support at future exhibitions and follow-up on new customer leads
ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service. The candidate would take full responsibility for customer orders, preparation of invoices, and other relevant communication regarding orders
providing assistance on customers’ projects and answering their questions, which will require liaising with suppliers. The candidate will need to be organised to keep track of multiple projects and questions
follow-up may include meetings with customers to discuss their product requirements and the candidate would need to be able to lead such a meeting
Requirements
ability to clearly describe product specifications in text and in drawings
reliable, organised, detail-oriented, trustworthy, self-motivated, eager to learn, patient, receptive to coaching & feedback, and a team player
marketing/social media experience would be helpful, but is not required
