Responsibility
- managing the region’s cleaning operation and taking responsibility for ensuring sites are cleaned and cover arranged as and when necessary
- organise cleaning operatives and supervisors to ensure working practices are efficient and effective
- build solid working relationships with the team, acting as their first point of contact and communicating expectations
- build solid working relationships with employees ensuring that they understand what is expected of them
- arrange holiday and absence cover, and ensure handovers are carried out prior to cover starting; Update relevant parties of the cover
