- follow the company’s new patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for all new patients and leads
- explaining process
- conduct smile analysis, from intra oral scanning, to processing dental xrays
- having basic knowledge of orthodontics / teeth straightening
- handle all leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required
- assist patients on their journey through the consultation process and ensure all enquiries are handled accurately and quickly
- completing all trackers and paperwork as required from Telephone
Requirements
- A good standard of formal education
- ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- confident in conversation to build relationships and overcome objections
- ability to perform in a service-focused environment
- personable, highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised
- fully computer literate and competent using CRM software
