Responsibility
- as Chef you will fully support the head chef in all aspects of the kitchen and business
- ensure our high company standards are met from cooking to cleaning and Health & Safety
- you will need to be cool headed whilst working with the team in our busy performance kitchen
- maintain company representation, ensuring you and the team always look impeccable
- smooth and efficient running of the Kitchen across the day's services is key
- you will need to be confident, self-motivated, lead from the front and be passionate about food and hospitality
- must be able, and proven to work well within a team of 6 or more
- be able and confident to cook and produce food for 200 plus guest per day - full training will be given
