- previous use of case management system such as Leap but not essential
- responsible for all aspects of Family Law work including providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members
- ability to manage and supervise Trainee Solicitors and Caseworkers to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities
- we would like to hire a Family Law Solicitor that have Resolution accreditation and Family law advanced accreditation as a requirement or willingness to obtain these
- assisting with delivery of appropriate training and development in the department
- experience in matters such as divorce, deed of separation, non-molestation or occupation order, financial remedies and child arrangements. Able to attend court on legal aid and private matters
- you will have a professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and be interested in Business Development and Marketing to supplement the substantial work volumes brought in by the company
