- to cover and allocate care calls using current rostering system to appropriate Support
- TITLE: Care Co-Ordinator
- RESPONSIBLE TO: Care Manager & Deputy Care Manager
- WORKING HOURS: 8:00AM TO 3:00PM Monday to Friday
- to be actively involved in the training and support of new care staff through our
