Responsibility

  • to support with the booking in of all samples, creating quotes, ensuring testing requirements are correct and the client instructions have been understood
  • to work closely with the Laboratory Management team, providing support, assistance and guidance particularly on technical issues where applicable
  • to proactively communicate with clients in an effective manner, via a variety of media, providing updates, progress reports and pertinent information on their work in progress
  • to ensure the highest possible efficiency, productivity, safety and quality standards are achieved at all times
