Responsibility
- preparing quotations for our supply chain
- must be competent in reading specifications, Bills of Quantities and Construction Drawings
- must be able to take of quantities from CAD/PDF. Drawings
- responsible for expanding the supply chain
- will be expect to complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
- aid with the paper work for Health and Safety Accreditations
- aid with the paper work for CHAS Accreditation
- keep health and safety records up to date
Requirements
- knowledge of the construction industry preferred but not essential
- knowledge of the construction industry preferred
- ideal Job for a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Management Graduate
- ideal Job for a QS or Construction Management Graduate
- self-starter and motivated
- high level of accuracy in work
- ability to cope well under pressure and prioritise workload, as necessary
- very good written and verbal communication skills, as well as a pleasant and friendly telephone manner
