They charged me £178 to repair my TV.
I expected a professional to collect my TV in a van perhaps remember I paid in advance. But they sent a Uber driver to collect it.

I received a call to say the TV was beyond repair then in the next breath he said they could repair it for another £200 . Alarm bells started ringing.
I told him to return the set.
They again used a uber driver ( so they say ) but it never arrived .
According to them the TV was left outside my door .
Lies as I was waiting outside my front at allotted time.
One of three things Terabyte , Uber or both stole TV.
Terabyte wash their hands of the transaction and refused responsibility and passed buck to me.
I have a crime number for this now.
Be warned do not use them!!!
