Responsibility

  • heavily customer focused we deliver high performance, premium quality solutions tailored to the exact requirements of each customer
  • all of the administrative tasks required to process customer orders, including creating internal work orders, picking tickets, processing final invoices
  • all book keeping and VAT returns
  • we are looking for an energetic, well-organised, and professional office administrator to work within our production department
  • we are looking for an energetic, well-organised, book keeper with office administrator experience to work within our production department
  • speaking to customers, taking balance payments and arranging delivery of their orders
  • all of the administrative tasks required to process customer orders, including creating internal work orders, picking tickets, sending final invoices

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • self-starter who likes to take the initiative and also enjoys working as part of a small close knit team
  • problem-solving skills and the ability to “make things happen with the ability to prioritise workloads and multi task
  • quick study with attention to detail and accuracy
