Responsibility

  • manage and supervise teams of cleaners across multiple locations, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • ensure the implementation and adherence to cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety standards
  • conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards
  • coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their cleaning needs and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and appropriate usage
  • collaborate with the recruitment team to hire and onboard new cleaning staff as required
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their feedback and working to exceed their expectations

Requirements

  • exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • proficient in using cleaning management software or related tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • sound understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
