Responsibility

  • responsible for arranging, recording, and sending out all Ten Locks samples and event stock along with any POS and keeping up to date inventories
  • co-ordinate the implementation of new product launches, re-work orders, product specifications, amendments to product packaging by liaising with the KDL product executive or from concept to launch and be involved in the internal processes to understand fully and manage
  • handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers, including organising meetings and at times taking detailed minutes
  • responsible for checking the Ten Locks expenses and querying any anomalies prior to Finance receiving
  • help support the set up and management of new accounts and customers working closely with SOP and Purchase Ledger
