Responsibility

  • downloading, scanning and uploading purchase invoices into the invoice system and coding invoices into the accounting system
  • dealing with ad-hoc supplier enquiries
  • managing the submission of monthly generation data to Ofgem
  • management of the transfer of subsidy certificates to electricity purchasers
  • resolving missing data issues and liaising with electricity purchasers as part of the preparation of monthly sales invoices
  • assisting with the collation of KYC information requests from lenders and SPV banks
  • preparation of audit deliverables for SPV annual audits
  • managing and filing bank statements, board minutes, companies house filings and other ad-hoc documentation
