Responsibility
ensure confidentiality in all matters
attend and participate in meetings, training, events and operational activities
accurately undertake the day-to-day administration tasks for the Lettings team, including but not limited to, electronic filing, updating the Lettings spreadsheet, setting up and ending tenancies on the housing management system, creating sign up packs/collating documents, managing the Lettings team email inbox, completing CORE forms
ensuring that incoming telephone calls and emailed are answered within the team’s SLA timescales and details of these are accurately recorded
ensure effective communication across the team and with customers, and work as part of a team to ensure essential services are delivered on time and to the agreed specification
carry out any other duties as required by your line manager from time to time in accordance with the grading of the post
to support the smooth day to day running of the service by having a clear understanding of the team tasks and performance targets
Requirements
customer service: 5 years
administrative experience: 5 years
