Responsibility
- we are offering a full-time permanent position on our Production Team
- tracking orders on behalf of our customers
- communicate with customers on the telephone and shipping companies when nessacary
- unloading deliveries and loading collections
- the applicant will be responsible for packaging rolls, preparing pallets, producing delivery notes and completing the other administrative work required to dispatch orders
- the position will also require the maintenance and cleaning of the work area to ensure the area kept is safe and tidy
- good communication skills are essential as the applicant will need to work closely with other production staff and provide assistance with completing other tasks when necessary
Requirements
- good communication skills
- experience working within a Dispatch Department
- previous experience working with a variety of textiles
- comfortable working in a small team and has the ability to work on own initiative when necessary
- current forklift license
- willing to learn new skills and follow set procedures
- current First aid certificate
- flexible with time and happy to take on extra hours when necessary to meet the demands of the business
