Responsibility

  • building rapport with internal and external customers to establish excellent customer relations
  • respond to all written and phone enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • assist to ensure targets and performance standards are consistently achieved in line with corporate, and regulatory requirements
  • ensuring company service standards are always met
  • maintain high quality output and achieve SLAs and KPIs
  • assist Claims with overflow calls and contacting vets to obtain all information required in the claims assessment
  • accurate and regular data entry
  • processing quotes from customers directly in an accurate, compliant and timely manner

Requirements

  • confident in the use of Microsoft packages
  • an interest in animals
  • excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
  • knowledge of social media
  • strong team player with great organisation skills
  • proactive approach to problem solving and work in general
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • previous experience of working in a customer focussed environment, via the telephone
