The main responsibilities of the role include:Providing friendly, high-quality customer service with 1st Line (“have you tried turning it off and on again”) support via telephone, email and remote supportWorking closely with the rest of the internal support team to resolve problems and queriesWorking with a ticket system, ensuring that the detail for requests or issues are logged correctly and accuratelyCoordinating with 3rd-parties such as suppliers and channel partners when required, to resolve problems and queriesHands-on assistance with the configuration, installation, monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, from the ground up to completionProviding “How To” guidance to end usersThe creation, maintenance and publishing of support documentation in order to assist colleagues in the quick resolution of incidents and to enable users to become more self-sufficientHaving strong problem solving and communication skills is vital, requiring you to listen, understand, and assist our clients.Are you ready for it and willing to learn new skills?
