Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility

  • the job is IT based although it is not essential to have experience in the systems we operate
  • full training will be given to the right candidate who will be a fast learner with an eagerness to learn
  • the position will suit an individual who wishes to grow within the business
  • 9am-5pm or 8.30am -4.30pm
  • process orders that come through the sales office and input into our internal CMS within a timely manner
  • we are looking for a motivated and experienced CSR individual to support and assist our busy sales office within our customer service team
  • follow orders from initial entry, through to despatch and invoicing
  • due to the fast paced nature of our business a high level of organisational skills are required, the successful candidate will need to efficiently prioritise their workload and with effective time management
