Responsibility

  • process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • recording goods in into inventory software
  • complete understanding of sales and purchase ledger
  • complete monthly statement reconciliations to agreed deadlines
  • ensure monthly payment runs in accordance with supplier payment terms
  • month end procedures
  • bank reconciliation
  • be able to respond to financial queries both internally and externally

Requirements

  • candidate must have experience in a finance role
  • good knowledge of sales and purchase ledger
  • excellent time management skills
  • AAT qualifications are desired but not essential
  • quickbooks online experience preferred
  • good Telephone manner
  • accounting: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
