Requirements
- \*Solid experience in a high-volume Purchase Ledger role
- \* Good organisation skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritse
- \* Experience in manufacturing would be ideal but not essential
- \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- \* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Responsibility
- \* Ensure all invoices are posted accurately and on a timely basis to the correct company, correctly matching to PO’s
- \* Ensure proper recharging of central costs across the group
- \* Regular review of aged creditors to ensure suppliers are paid on time
- \* Reconcile supplier statements, investigating and solving any variances
- \* Set up supplier accounts on each accounts system
- \* Working with the wider finance team and assisting in other accounting duties when required
- \* Dealing with miscellaneous supplier queries by phone or email
- \* Working knowledge of VAT regulations to ensure accurate input VAT recovery
