  • commitment to achieving industry qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
  • learn to diagnose and carry out corrective maintenance on lift equipment
  • support the installation of new components, including controllers, door operators, and hydraulic systems
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
