- responsible for the Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- payroll data processing for the Company
- bank reconciliations
- assisting in preparing monthly management accounts including journals
- completing general ledger reconciliation and investigating differences
- liaising with the internal and external contacts to resolve queries promptly
- input and maintenance of cashflow forecasting
- assist in the operation of the Document Management System
Requirements
- the role will be based out of our Grimsby Head Office which is also the location of our workshop. It is essential that you live or are willing to base yourself within commuting distance of this location
