Requirements

  • previous experience working on London Underground or Rail projects is essential
  • previous experience working on London Underground or Rail projects
  • previous experience of managing diverse packages is desirable
  • previous experience of managing small works or diverse packages
  • flexible with the occasional night working and out of hours site visits
  • understanding of Quality Management systems and ITP process

Responsibility

  • create a weekly report/dashboard collating information from the Project Managers, Installation Managers and Site Leads to give an overview of each package of works. This shall cover productivity, quality, as-built documentation progress
  • create & maintain programmes/trackers to keep on top of key deliverables and provide forecast information on labour demands and competency needs
  • assist the document control team in reviewing & disseminating the correct documentation both to the project teams and to site
  • advise HSE of upcoming works allowing adequate time for safety documentation to be prepared
