Responsibility
- maximise sales and repair bookings using excellent service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
- deliver an individualised excellent service experience for every customer
- demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
- work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
- open and close store, receive delivery, keep the shop clean, presentable and organised
- book repairs, call up repair customers
- managing stock levels: order sold items, repair parts, customer orders and new items/devices
Requirements
- interest in and good knowledge of phones, Tablets, laptops, consoles, smart watches, games, accessories etc
- excellent sales skills
- dedication, strong work ethics and reliability
- flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced environment
