Requirements
- ideally you will have a degree in Food Technology or Science
- A lead Auditor qualification would be an advantage
- previous technical management experience gained in food manufacturing
- experience in the dairy industry would be an advantage
- excellent understanding of UK food manufacturing technical and legislative requirements
