required to manage existing accounts, processing sales orders from initial contact through the various processes, through to order completion and after-sales
managing the sales and purchasing admin team and driving standards in communications and customer service
communicating with suppliers to manage deliveries & to communicate any supply issues to management, staff and customers
essential to have strong communication skills with the ability to develop a good working relationship customers, suppliers and staff
to effectively supervise the sales order processing & purchase ordering process functions, thereby contributing to the company’s value of excellent customer service
manage company sales targets and work closely with the Company Directors to identify any business development opportunities
while previous experience of sportswear and the teamwear market would be an advantage, good understand of sales administration is essential
ensuring the agreed standard of information flow required between Order Processing Dept & Field Sales Executives to ensure production of accurate Sales Orders, Jobsheets & Purchase Orders, including an agreed maximum turnaround time
Requirements
educated to A-Level or above
sales
3 years in a sales admin focused role
account management
previous Experience of Customer Account Management
can demonstrate strong I.T. Skills
process driven, with a strong attention to detail
previous Team Leadership experience & can demonstrate high class organisational skills
