Responsibility
- to support delivery of high quality, enjoyable sport sessions that are well structured
- to support the planning process for each session and to ensure the Team Kick Start bespoke cheque award system is followed
- to retain children in sport, increase club numbers and encourage attendance by building rapport with the school, parents and children
- to develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships with your school/parents to assist in the development of the children
- to adapt sessions to cater for different ranges of ability and age appropriate
- to undertake the administrative tasks required within the role; including registers, club numbers, assessment forms
- to ensure all sports equipment is correctly set up, maintained, stored and returned on completion of the coaching session
- to take responsibility for personal professional development by attending relevant training courses to improve your coaching delivery and further your career
