  • the training centre is in Telford, Shropshire with excellent travel links and ample parking
  • the role requires a warm, friendly customer focussed candidate to act as the “glue” holding everything together within the centre
  • this is an office based role Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700
  • you will need to focus on creating the best possible training environment for all delegates, trainers and visitors to the centre
  • A pro-active approach to make changes for improvement with a keen eye for detail and following of process
  • teach A Trade are a leading provider of gas, electrical and renewable training and assessment we are recruiting for a Training Centre Office Manager to join the team
  • ensuring that all tasks are performed to a high standard and that quality standards are consistently maintained
  • supporting the learners and team members with apprentices progress reports, auditable documents and general process documents and logs
