  •  Manage a team of Sorters, taking responsibility for their performance and punctuality
  •  Fostering growth and goal setting amongst your team, encouraging them to flourish in their

  •  Scanning and sorting incoming parcels ready for courier collections alongside the team
  •  Ensuring couriers are given the correct parcel drop to complete their daily rounds
  •  Manage and maintain a record of any missing parcels in order to track performance
  •  A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential
